I ordered 5 pair of black tall boots from Zappos and these are the ones I\'m keeping. I have wide feet and these are the only ones where the wide size felt truly wide, and yet the shaft was reasonbly tall and narrow. Sadly, I\'m not totally blown away by the quality: the suede feels stiff and cardboardy, and the sole is attached to the shoe in an unusual and unattractive way; it almost looks like it\'s stapled on. But they aren\'t expensive and they have a nice warm foam liner and they fit, so they\'ll do fine for as long as they last.

 |  | Wow. Now THAT'S service. My husband has used your shoes for the past few years, since he found this particular Nike brand that worked well. He's retiring on the 30th after 32 years with UPS (never took a sick day, never missed work, and never had an accident or injury. He was last year's Utah Driver of the Year) and I told him he just HAD to get some new shoes for the occasion. They'll honor him for a few minutes before everyone takes off for the work day, so we were worried if they'd get here in time. He's told lots of UPS'ers about his shoes, and your site. Thanks for your excellent service. We'll continue using your site over all others because of your attention to detail and your excellent track record.
