My grand daughter wanted these shoes for her 16th birthday. Service was quick and great and she absolutely loves her shoes! Thank you for making shopping so easy and offering great shoes!

Zappos has great customer service -
In the past, I have ordered from zappos and I have never regretted my decision. Not only do they have free shipping, but they always send my order faster than they originally promised. My order has come as fast as only two days! My products are never defective and are always exactly they way I expected.

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company.
