Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Aw, I wanted these too work. They\'re so soft and lovely. But alas, my calves wouldn\'t slide in. I don\'t even have particularly wide calves, but the neck was really narrow. Too bad.

This is an outstanding tall boot. Well-made, attractive, lined in silky fur that seems to be synthetic chinchilla. The toes were too narrow for me, but I would have loved to have kept the boots otherwise.

I was looking at another website that had similar boots for the same price, but the problem was they were fabric. I wanted suede and got these boots instead. I am in love with these boots. They have comfortable faux fur on the inside, which make my legs warm for winter. They are super stylish and super cute. I am so glad that I bought these boots. I am only 13 and wear a size 12 and I am so thankful that Gabriella creates such wonderful shoes.

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
