I'm very pleased with these boots, the first time I have bought this brand. They are attractive and comfortable. Perhaps they run a half-size small (or less) since I ordered 5B and normally wear 4B. I look forward to buying Lassen again.

 |  | I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
