Great Looking But Not So Comfortable -
I bought these to replace a well-worn pair of Vans TNTs. The construction is solid and I really liked the rough suede finish. However, compared to the Vans the Etnies, although listed as a normal width, felt very tight across the top of the foot & pinched my toes even though the overall length was fine. My second issue was how hot my feet got in these shoes. After an hour in cool weather I was looking to peel them off as soon as possible & a plane trip with them was unbearable. If you skate in Alaska these would probably be a great option for you, but in Texas it's a little too much!

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
