Cute and comfy. These slippers are cute and perfect for hanging around the house! They do fit a little loose, even with socks. A surprise to me was that they do have arch support inside, and a nice sole that offers more support/protection, too. They have a soft faux fur lining and the black pattern is cute without being too much like a kid's shoe.

Sofest, warmest, most comfortable shoe, ever. These shoes are outrageously comfortable but then again, they are almost slippers. They seem to be made pretty well, and I don't foresee a problem with the stitching coming loose or anything. I would recommend ordering on the small side because they are loose fitting. The blue polka dots are super cute, but I feel like these shoes are a little cartoonish. As far as Zappos.com goes, the shipping was awesome, they upgraded it to 2-day for free. This is my 3rd time ordering from Zappos and I will continue.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
