Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked
Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
Love them. I got the brown because I like the pink that comes on them and think they'll look cleaner longer. They're a little roomy, which is kind of nice if you want really thick socks. Slightly on the wide side, but I like them roomy like this. I love the look of them. I think these will become a quick and practical favorite. Love them.

First, let me say I ordered these beauts just last night and the marvelous folks at Zappos somehow managed to have them sitting here on my doorstep by the time I got home from school today! When I slid them on, it was everything I'd hoped they would be. Very stylish, bouncy and comfortable, and so warm. I got them in the green and just looking at them I know they'll go with everything in my closet. Haven't worn them in the snow just yet, but I've got high hopes. Felt pretty true to size, maybe a little big so plenty of room for big chunky wool socks! Love.

Meanwhile, I want to compliment your company and your telephone staff. Whenever I have called Zappos I do not feel zapped or trained at the end of the conversation as with some other companies. Your telephone specialists are very knowledgeable and equally courteous to me.
