Comfy! I bought this boot in black and brown. I had to return another pair from Clarks because it kept digging into my ankle. These are so comfortable and very stable. A little pricey for not being leather, but well worth it if you're looking for boots that you can wear all day. My only complaint is that they seem a little long and a little narrow, but after wearing a couple days they fit fine.

I always get my shoes immediately upon ordering either the very next day or the day after that. Incredible!!! Returning items is easier than anywhere else. And when I screw up an order, you are right there immediately to help out. I'm a fan on Facebook and truly admire your company and even had my cat on your news feed sitting in HIS Zappos box.
