Buying my 2nd pair. I wore my midcalf black Lailas all winter here in Germany and brought them back out at the beginning of this fall. Unfortunately, the heel is rubbed all the way down from such use, but I just ordered another pair. I love the way these boots feel and fit more than my Uggs and my EMUs. They are so easy to clean and they stay true to form instead of slouching. The stitching is strong and the inside is very warm. They are very true to size also, and are not tight around the calves. The only thing I did not like was that the sole only lasted me one winter.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
