I love these shoes. Read all the customer reviews before I purchased them, and knowing my own foot shape, ordered a size larger than I normally wear. They are long on my feet, but they fit well and the shape of them means that the length is not a problem. I'll be buying other colors as well.

Great shoes. I bought these shoes before I took my vacation where I spent most of my time walking around downtown Chicago, they are very comfortable and light weight, I even wear these shoes to bike in nearly everyday! A+

I LOVE these shoes! I am not sure if they are worth the price since they are canvas but I cannot find any other shoes with elastic in the heel. It's a genius idea! Back in the day you could by shoes with a AAAA sized heel, which is very narrow, not anymore. I love slip on shoes but I always get blisters because nothing fits my narrow heel so it slips with every step. I wear a size 9 and I have these in a 9.5 and my big toe touches the end sometimes. I wore these shoes the entire time I was pregnant. I still wear them everyday and they look just as good. You can even throw them in the wash, which I have once. And I wear them without socks and they do not smell or make stinky feet! Yeaaaa KEEN!

First of all, these are super cute - on and off, and I can’t wait to wear them this spring/summer. Before I bought, I read a bunch of the reviews online and most people said that they ran small. I am usually between a 6-6.5, but going by what others said, I went with a 7. I think I could have definitely gotten away with the 6.5 as the 7s are a little roomy in the heel. I still kept them, since elastic still holds them on just fine, and they’re a little airier so I think they’ll be less stuffy when wearing them on a hot day.

Foot Cramps!
Although these shoes felt comfortable around the house, I've been disappointed in their support and fit out in the world. When walking, the shoes cut into the area right above my big toe, and the arch does not offer much in the way of support. The end result is a very uncomfortable shoe that gives me foot cramps. Too bad the deeply uncomfortable side of the shoes wasn't revealed until I walked in them outside, or I would have returned them immediately.

Not the most comfy, but very cute.
I have bad arches (nearly nonexistent) and have had positive experiences with Keen in the past. Was looking for a casual-ish shoe to teach in that would go with a lot. I was disappointed that my heels and the balls of my feet hurt so much at the end of the day. Hardly any support at all. Not only that, but the inside upper portion (above the toes) is starting to come out of place and constantly rubs/bothers my toes. They really are cute and funky, though, so it's disappointing.

I am a big Keen fan. These shoes are cute but not as foot friendly as my other Keens. They have as much support as a slipper or a flip flop. They also run small for sure! I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 but got an 8.5 in this shoe which turned out to be perfect. I have very narrow feet so the elastic band wasn't a problem but could be if you had wider feet.

I've seen these before but made of leather so I was pleased when a fabric version came out. I read the reviews before I bought them and decided that I would order my usual shoe size. They are a perfect fit. The shoes arrived the next day and I wore them to work that afternoon. They were odd to put on at first but became comfortable as I walked around. A bit sporty for a ballerina slip-on but they're cute but funky. I'm quite happy with them.

Definitely order larger size.
I ordered a full size larger based on other reviews and am so thankful that I did. The left foot elastic top is still a little snug, but I think it will break in. Otherwise, love these comfy walkers.

Super adorable, but they sort of hurt - I love the look of these shoes. I am a size 6, but the 6s I originally ordered were too small (this was a first for me). I exchanged them for a 6.5, which fit very well except for the fact that the top of one shoe cuts into the top of my foot. Perhaps they will loosen up with wear, but I haven't been in the mood to be in pain so haven't worn them too much yet.

These shoes are very cute, but I would definitely need to go up a size or two to find a pair that fits (usually I wear about a 9.5). The toes are short and they curl up a bit. I don't think they'll stretch because of the rubber edging and toe. The band around the top of the shoe was also tight. I tried the Keen Sienna Ballerina, the Keen Sienna Mary Jane and these (Sienna Stretch Ballerina), all in a 9.5, and the Sienna Mary Jane were the only shoes that weren't too short on my feet. The others were returned.

This shoe is so cute. There is a size issue, however I took the advice of previous buyers and bought a larger size. I went up a half size, but probably should have ordered a whole size larger for maximum comfort. I kept them anyway and wore them in Hawaii and they were fine.

Loosen up, Keen!
I love the look and feel of these shoes, except for the pinching in the Achilles' tendon. I'm hoping they'll loosen up with more wear.

I LOVE Keen! I am disappointed in these shoes though. I ordered the suede ones originally and they ran too small. I had to order a whole size up (something I've never had to do with Keen). I will keep them, but even at a whole size larger, they are a bit too narrow and small.

Like them.
I have really big bunions, so my problem is probably more with my feet than with the shoe. This shoe's opening rubbed at the bunions a bit. If you have normal feet, you'll probably be fine. Despite the rubbing, I walked through two airports in them and got compliments. They are cute and look great with capris.

Great little kick around shoe!
I read the other reviews about the tightness over the top of the foot. I have a high instep and wide foot, but couldn't resist the cuteness of this shoe! I have other Keens in a size 8 (my size), so I ordered these in an 8 as well. Although these are a tiny bit shorter than the Venice H2, I would still say that they are true to size. I feel going up a size would make them too roomy in the back and they would have trouble staying on. The top of the shoe is only very slightly tight, but not enough to be a bother on me; the elastic does give with wear also. I would probably not wear them for a whole day at an amusement park or something along that line as the elastic bothers me more when my feet get swollen… but for shopping or kicking around town… this is a super cute find!

I really like these shoes, I have them in 3 colors. My first pair was a size 10 (my normal size, which fit great), but the other 2 pairs I had to get in a 10.5 so that the length was correct and the elastic not super tight. They don't have a ton of support, but the best I have seen for this type of shoe. It is fine for walking to work every day though.

Lightweight comfort at its best!
I really love this shoe. I bought my regular size and have not had the problems with the elastic that other reviewers have mentioned. I do not have a wide foot, but my foot does have some meat on it! This shoe offers me the style of the popular ballerina flat, with the comfort that Keen shoes are known for providing. The insole wicks moisture away nicely and the fabric stays dry. Great shoe--I'm still deciding which other color I want to order!

Love it!!!
Love the shoe, it fits great and looks sophisticated. I have the brown on but will probably order the black one as well. I'm a vegan and a women's shoe size 11 so it's hard sometimes to find non-leather shoes in my size. If you love ballerinas as I do, I can only recommend the Sienna Stretch.

Cute and comfy!!
At first I wasn't sure I would like these shoes. I have a pair similar to them and the elastic on the back of the heel cuts horribly into my foot after I wear them a little too long. I was so relieved and excited when these shoes didn't hurt my feet!! They are so cute and so comfortable; I wear them nearly every day. Keens have such a unique look that people know exactly what they are when the see them. They are terrific. :)

Cute shoe that take a little getting used to -
I love the way this shoe looks. It is super cute and for the most part comfy. The only major drawback I've come across is that the elastic around the opening is a bit tight. A few wears got me used to the idea but it can still be a little uncomfortable when I first put them on.

Very comfortable and cute. I live in the city and walk a lot and these shoes have stood up to the test. There's actually arch support in them which is rare for cute flats. I'm thinking about buying them in other colors now.

Great shoe!
This was my first pair of Keens and I love them! They are cute and comfy and I have gotten a ton of compliments on them. I bought the brown pair which are super cute but eventually would like to get them in black too. Highly recommend them for the "natural girl". I’m a 10.5 and I got a 10.5 and they fit great.

Not what it promises to be!
I was extremely disappointed by this shoe. I have owned Keens before, and always found them very comfortable, but this particular style was probably the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever tried on. The elastic cuts into your skin, and the shoe's edge hits right on the widest part of the foot, which is excruciatingly painful, especially for people like me who have slight bunions. I am returning the shoe, and I recommend Keens re-design this one. Too bad- I love the colors, especially the Flamingo I ordered!
