Cool Shoe, Great Service!
I ordered these last the other night and they were at my doorstep when I returned from work the following day! Zappos has them all beat when it comes to order fulfillment. The shoes themselves are pretty darned cool looking and comfortable but they're far more flimsy than the other Keens I've owned - more of a lounging around or sitting back at the office kind of shoe as opposed to something you'd use for a long walk or a trail run.

I was in the market for a Chuck Taylor type shoe. However, I needed more than Chuck Taylor comfort. Being a huge fan of Keens, I ordered the Coronado. These are great shoes overall as they are relatively comfortable and look great too. If you are expecting Keen comfort you will a little disappointed as there is very little support. Still better than the Chuckies though. I would buy them again.

I like how these shoes look and they fit OK, but they make a lot of noise. I have never worn a noisier pair of shoes. I am not sure if this will get better or worse over time, but right now it is driving me crazy. I bought a pair of these in canvas, and they do not make a peep, so maybe it is just the suede ones that are loud.

Bought these shoes for my son. They fit and wear like the Keens we all love, but look more like Converse. Keens fit true to size, with extra room in the toe box, with good support in the arch and sole.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
