I\'ve been very happy with my purse. I purchased the Loden color; more green than grey but I still like it as it goes with both browns and blacks. The leather is very soft. Things fall out occasionally if I don\'t keep it upright but overall I\'m pleased.

	All too often people log only complaints with companies for doing something wrong, but few take the same time to acknowledge the good. I received an email that my order was upgraded to priority shipping for no other reason than to say “Thanks for the business.” These are the kinds of things that totally win over customers, getting something extra when all you expect is the normal. Thanks for the added bonus, you've got a new loyal customer who has already mentioned this to several co-workers today.
