I loved these shoes, until the bottoms completely wore out after 4-5 months of daily wear. I usually get close to a year out of these types of shoes, but the rubber soles really aren't built to last. I tried to get them resoled, but was told they couldn't be repaired since they were molded soles. Too bad.

These shoes are great and quite comfortable. Unlike the Kenneth Cole shoes I have purchased in the past, these are not made in Italy. They are still very stylish although a little more "sneaker-ish" in the heel than I would normally buy. They are great for work, but I would not wear them for more formal occasions, like with a suit to a wedding or something like that. Per the other reviews, I did order a 1/2 size smaller than normal (11.5 vs. 12) and they seem to fit about right. I can see going down a full size; I think that would have been okay for me, too. The real difference is probably 3/4 of a size. Overall they are highly recommended. I have always been happy with the quality, style, and durability of Kenneth Cole shoes (both New York and Reaction).

I just received this shoe and am very pleasantly surprised. the shoe does not run a full size big, contrary to many reviews. It runs a bit big, but not more than 1/2 a size. I noticed that the heel is a little big for me but not big enough to go down in size. The leather is soft and supple and the cushioning is excellent for a mid-level dress shoe. This shoe fits quite snug along the middle and top of the foot so it won't breathe even a little (but most leather shoes don't). I can see this being a go-to shoe once it's broken in.

They didn't have a 12 in this shoe, so I had to get a 13, which is not nearly as large as a 13 should be (I ordered a 12 in a different Kenneth Cole, which didn't fit at all). The manufacturing quality seems high, though, so I should be able to wear this for a long time to come.

This is a decent shoe for the price. You should get several months of wear (daily) out of them before the rubber sole thins out & loses it support.

These shoes are well padded inside making for a comfortable and easy fit. The distressed leather look adds a nice look. Great for walking around town or a dress-casual event. My new favorite shoes.

Very pleased--and thanks to Zappos reviewers -
The shoes only arrived today, so I can't speak to how it will hold up, but it looks mostly as advertised (I got the whiskey color and it is a little lighter than the picture)--if anything it is more attractive than the picture. It should be a very versatile match.
And thanks to Zappos reviewers for alerting me to the size issue. I normally wear a 10, but ordered a 9.5 for this one and it fits perfectly.

Bought shoe for my husband. Very stylish, but does run large. We didn't listen to that advice the first time, therefore had to exchange them for a 1/2 size smaller.

I ordered the whiskey color, great color. I wear a true size 15 and they do run just a hair big. I don't mind it but did notice a little heal slip, may just be do to not being all the way broken in yet. Very Very comfortable straight out of the box. This is my second pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction slip ons and will not wear anything else.

Good looking dress shoe -
A quality shoe that is stylish, but built for comfort. They are a bit dressier than I expected, but go well with dress slacks and jeans. The most comfortable slip on dress shoe I've owned and that is saying something since I am a teacher/coach and spend 90% of my day on my feet.

A size too big -
One sleek lookin shoe, but I had to return them because it seems the shoe is one size too large, which means if you have a 14 size foot, this style and company makes them a 15, so always order a size smaller. Plus that probably why my heel kept coming up off from the back of the shoe, I’m still keepin an eye out for these shoes in my size.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos.
