Finally, a company that gets it! Service was wonderful! Shoes were great and the reviews were helpful for me to know how they would fit. My daughter is usually a wide 9 1/2 and these fit perfectly. Thank you, Zappos, for the great experience; I will definitely be back.

These shoes were great Flower Girl shoes for my daughter, they are super soft instead so she did not have to wear socks or get an blisters. I do have to warn the ribbon can come uptied often if not double knotted and the bottoms of the shoes were very slippery on the dance floor (which she actaully loved) but they were a good buy!

Beautiful shoes! They went perfectly with my daughter\'s flower girl dress. My only concern were that they were a little too wide (and she has a regular width). I was also worried about them being flimsy and a little hard to walk in. She managed ok, but the ribbons started shredding.

Beautiful ballet shoes for a new ballerina -
My three year old granddaughter was truly ecstatic when she opened these shoes. She begins ballet classes next week and has been "breaking in" these shoes since Christmas morning.

Stylish, modern & comfortable for an infant -
I bought these for my 9 month old daughter to wear in an upcoming wedding. They are so soft and pliable - I know my daughter wont be cramped in them. the ankle ribbon is high enough that she can't kick them off either - which make it durable for the few hours she needs to keep them on for photos & ceremony. Love these shoes. I wish I had scooped up some other sizes for the holidays!
They do seem to run a bit big - so perhaps they may still fit!

A must have...
I got this for my daughter b/c she's going to be a flower girl and they are just too ADORABLE! They are true ballerina shoes but with great support and comfort. They are wide enough and soft enough it won't bruise my daughter's feet and the ribbon is some type of organza material.

Great, comfortable shoe for special occasions -
I bought this shoe for my daughter's christening and she wore it then and for her 1st birthday. An adorable, comfortable little shoe. Leather is very soft!

Wonderful shoe!
These are stylish, classic and comfortable for toddlers. My daughter is in a wedding and will be able to wear these all night. If your toddler has a wide foot these are especially great because they fit the foot like Pediped or Robeez shoe. Very happy!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Robeez and Pediped

Perfect!
I love these shoes! I bought them for my 3 year old daughter who needed ivory shoes to go with a flower girl's dress. They are adorable and classy, soft and comfortable, and really well made - a far cry from all the stark white, patent leather, stiff as a board, toddler dress shoes out there. They seemed a little big, but better that than too small. My daughter happily danced the night away in these shoes. I couldn't have been more delighted with this purchase.

Adorable Shoes -
I ordered these shoes for my daughter to wear in a wedding. All the other dress shoes she tried on were hard, stiff and uncomfortable. These remind her of her Robeez slippers. The organza bow on top makes them dressy enough to wear to formal events.

Adorable -
I bought two pairs of these for my daughters, as they needed flower girl shoes for a wedding. The shoes are adorable- very classic and simple. The leather is durable, and the design is more comfortable than other "dress" shoes available for kids. I was very satisfied.

PERFECT -
I had the hardest time finding an infant shoe for my daughter. She is a flower girl for an upcoming wedding and I found these after many other's failed. The shoes were delivered to my house in less than 24 hours. They fit perfect. She has a wide foot and the leather is very good quality and stretched to her foot. They are so soft and adorable. I love them!

Designer's Touch Kid's Ivory Ballet Shoe -
I thought the shoes were adorable. The quality seems to be pretty high. We did have a problem with the sizing however. We bought a size 8T and they seemed a little small. So then I returned the size 8 and ordered a size 9 and our little girl was swimming in the size 9. So I will be returning the size 9 and reordering a size 8.

 | | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the dig deeper sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness. Rock over London, rock on Chicago. | | ~ Zachary S., November 07 2009
