	I am writing to inform you about my wonderful experience with Zappos. I discovered your store online a couple of days ago. I noticed some sandals that I wanted, and decided to call. The rep who assisted me in placing an order by phone was very professional, informative, and patient. She also extended an invitation to the VIP Club. I was expecting my order tomorrow (Tuesday).
