These were very cute shoes and the insole is soft and comfortable. The shoe itself was comfortable as well, except for the fact that it was about a 1/2 size too small. I ordered my normal size, but these shoes appear to run about 1/2 size smaller. I am returning these shoes for that reason and unfortunately they don't have a 1/2 size larger available. But I will try other Sofft shoes instead.

Absolutely love this shoe! I was worried that the footbed was a bit narrow for my slightly wide feet at first, but the shoes have stretched perfectly and are so comfortable. The soles are soft, quiet, and non-slip, so I am able to look sharp and still chase my two-year old son in comfort!

 |  | I am a F.T. bar tender and am on my feet all night standing, walking and sometimes running! I work hard! I have had the same work shoes that I LOVE for about 10 years! I found your site through my daughter and found a pair of what I thought would be good work shoes. I saved my tips and months later made the order. I was ambivalent about spending so much money on SHOES but decided to just do it! They arrived yesterday morning! I wore them last night for the first time forgetting to bring a back up pair in case they hurt (new shoes and all). Well, I'm just sooooo happy to say that I LOVE them! My feet were just fine – ALL NIGHT! They were like wearing slippers w/ arch support. This morning I put my poor old tired out work shoes in the trash with no regrets! Your staff was SO kind and helpful over the phone and the promptness of delivery was amazing! Thank you so much! I'm getting my outfit ready for tonight and look forward to sporting my new Nato shoes! Consequently, I am now an internet shoe shopper! GO ZAPPOS! LOVE-LOVE-LOVE YOU!!!
