These shoes met my expectations and then some. The heel is higher than I usually wear, but they're still very comfortable. Gorgeous with pants or a skirt. I get so many comments when I wear these shoes.

	Just in case you weren't feeling the love today, I wanted to let you know that my friends and I are crazy about Zappos. We shop, we order, we get as close to instant gratification as is humanly possible - getting boxes of shoes in the office is a nice break for all of us! Your customer service is amazing and I really appreciate it. I'm a loyal Zappos shopper, and it's a sure bet that won't be changing any time soon. Thanks!
