Includes an insert that is way too big and bulky if you want to put your feet into these boots. Without the insert the fit is fine, although slightly loose. Without the insert there is absolutely no support for your foot. It is like a thin rubber covering over your feet. Keeps you dry, but not recommended for walking any distance.

I have two other pairs of Bogs that I love, a low boot and a high boot, but the heel on these slips off when you walk. I still use them as clogs, to run out to get the mail and such, but they don't work for walking real distances. I'm thinking about adding a heel strap.

I have Bogs classic mid boot and love it. However, I was wanting a shoe as well. For waterproof shoes these are kind of cute, but unfortunately I walk right out of them. So I will have to return them.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
