Really hot boots. I bought these a few weeks ago in what's called Blue Leopard. Actually, the main color is more purple, so I only recommend if you're looking for that color. But these are really hot boots. I am rather slender, and they zip up snug on my leg, but still can be worn over skinny jeans. So far, I've worn them out to clubs twice and I couldn't be happier. Also, I wear a size 10, so I'm self-conscious about shoes not looking too big, and these don't. Not sure why, but I think maybe because of the indented platform, which is a nice fashion touch anyway. Heel on size 10 measures just a bit over 4 3/4", and the platform is actually only 3/4" Arch support is good. I give 5 stars for comfort putting in perspective how other very high heeled boots can be. Very happy!

I absolutely love these boots. First of all I have slender legs and these boots fit my legs perfectly. The 1" platform and cushioned footbed make the boot extremely comfortable to wear. The animal print sets these boots apart from others; however, the animal print is not flamboyant. I will wear these for a night on the town as well as to work.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
