Awesome. Perfect for the snow. I ordered a half size up before they didn\'t have my size, and I wanted to wear them with thick socks anyway, and it hasn\'t been an issue.

These are the cutest boots. I bought them for our vacation in Seattle and also to wear when we go skiing. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10. I found the 10 was too big and the 9 was too tight. I discovered that these boots come in 1/2 sizes at another site. I just wish Zappos had carried the 1/2 sizes in these boots.

These boots are really cute & super comfortable. great for cold/wet weather & walking the dogs, but stylish enough to wear out on errands. I thought the price was reasonable & Zappos service was impeccable.

I love this boot! It is attractive, comfortable and easy to get on and off. I usually wear a size 10 and ordered this in a size 11 which is perfect. I need to use an orthotic and it fits nicely in this boot.

These are the best winter boots I\'ve ever owned. They\'re perfect for wet and sometimes slushy Seattle winters, and are light and cute enough to wear with jeans while out running errands. I had a more traditional pair of bulky leather Sorels many years ago - these offer the same protection and warmth of the old-school Sorels without all the bulk. I\'m a true size 8 with a fairly wide foot, and the fit is perfect even with a slightly thicker sock.

A must have boot! Love this boot, cute, so comfy, not too warm. Live in Seattle, totally waterproof. Looks great with skinny jeans tucked in or wider leg jeans out. Very sturdy, own restaurant and I do the food catering, drive a lot, boot was perfect. Arch was so comfy, I even ran in them to catch a customer; felt as good as my $125 running shoes. My teenage daughter even thinks they are really cute. I will be getting another pair.

I love these boots! Since we have snow for at least 6 months of the year, everyone wore the giant white Sorels when we were kids. They were warm, but so heavy and big it was hard to walk in them, especially in snow. The lining always came out when you took them off. But they were the warmest boots anywhere. These boots are narrower, so they look a lot better than the olden days Sorels, and they are quite light and easy to walk in. A lot shorter than the old ones too, which is more practical for most people. The best part is that the lining is attached and can't come out! They are super warm, and short and light, so it doesn't feel like a huge time commitment to put them on (prompting me to usually just wear regular shoes and hope for the best when I'm in a hurry). These will be great for going sledding with my little girl, but also just for doing regular errands during the winter. I got the green and pink ones; they are not as bright as they look on the website, which was a relief. They are cool looking, and I get lots of compliments. I have size 7.5 feet, pretty wide, and a size 8 fit me well and comfortably. I wouldn't wear massive wool socks with them, but unless you are in pretty extreme conditions, you shouldn't need to; the lining is really warm. I very much recommend these if you live in snow for a big part of the year. I have a feeling they will last a long time.

Super pleased. I am in love with my new boots. They are even cuter in real life! They look great with jeans or leggings. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and got these in a 9. Great fit!

These shoes are great! They are very snug - I normally wear a size 6 and I got these in a size 6. If you wear they with thick wool socks your feet will be extremely warm all day. My feet were almost too warm. But they will be perfect for snow or slush or rainy weather. These boots really do act like sneakers though - so comfortable and cute looking with jeans. I love them. I want to buy more!

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
