Love the color, style, feel and the color of these boots. It appears the manufacturer tried to accommodate the larger calf by making them a little small just above the ankle to appeal to the ladies with a smaller calf; that smaller above the ankle part kept me from zipping them up. So I chose to return them and keep searching for that special boot - zappo, I know you have them because you are the best.

Nice boot, just not for me. I usually wear a 8.5 or 9 shoe. I ordered these in 8.5 and they felt too long. Also, they kind of flared out at the top next to my knees, so I think there was too much material. I considered keeping them because the color (brown) was very nice and I liked the style. But I decided to keep looking for the "perfect" boot for me. These aren't bad, though!

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
