The picture shown clearly depicts a great shoe, but when you open the box and see the masterpiece live, it is truly fabulous! Despite the height, it is a very comfortable heel to wear. Every time I wear them, I receive countless compliments and inquiries. I own them in silver, I just may have to ask Santa for a black pair. Love the shoe and Zappos is the best!

Awesome! The picture doesn't do this shoe justice. I ordered it in the Marine color. Outstanding! It's beautiful, comfortable and fits true to size. I could have purchased this shoe from another website on Cyber Monday for less money, but I chose to order it from Zappos because I knew I would have it in my hands in a very short time. Once again, Zappos and Carlos Santana do not disappoint.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
