Fit-wise in the foot the wide (C) was perfect. Unfortunately, like other reviewers, this boot was too narrow through the calf and way too wide at the ankle. I liked the style and the way they looked, but they had to go back.

I love the color and style of these boots. I ordered size 8 in WW. I am size 8.5, but it was not available in WW. It would not zip up though because of my 17" calf. I am quite disappointed, but have to send them back. I really like the color. It also had wide cankles which were a bit ugly looking. I ordered 3 Fitzwell shoes, and all three of them had the cankles problem.

This boot looked very nice, but after trying two different sizes couldn\'t find one to fit. I have bunions and neuromas in both feet, and narrow heels. I first ordered the 6.5 WW, but they ran huge! I then tried a 6 W and the toe box was far too narrow while my heel slipped significantly. Great look to the boot, especially with pants tucked in, but fit was not right for my crazy foot.

Disappointed. While the boot looks beautiful, like the previous reviewers the only complaint is the ankle area, which is too wide and unflattering. As much as I hate to I'm returning these boots.

I returned this shoe because there was so much fabric/leather around the ankle that it looked, big, bulky, and unattractive. Boots are supposed to enhance your legs, not detract from them. Too bad, because it is otherwise a cute, well-priced boot.

Very cute boots, but the ankle area is very wide. Unflatteringly so. Like, built for cankles, which I don't have. But I like these more than the boots that my husband also picked out, and they are more expensive. I'm going to look into having a leather tailor slim up the ankle. I usually wear a straight 12, and they are snug in the toe edges, but not through the foot area. I'm going to reorder in E, which I never have to do.

I had to return these boots as they ran large. I wear an 11 and these fit more like a 12. I would have ordered a size smaller but I prefer a slightly higher heel. Beautifully contstructed boot. Lovely leather....wish it fit better!

 |  | Most of the time people just email to complain. This is just the opposite. I'm totally thrilled with my purchase, as I have been in the past just buying shoes. This is going to be the best Christmas ever for my mom. I was a wee bit unsure about ordering some clothing online for her since she is so incredibly fussy, but this item is perfect!
