I ordered these shoes in brown. They are really cute, but are definitely not true to size. I wear a 7 and sometimes even a 6 1/2. I ordered these in a 7 and when they arrived they were too short. My toes were rubbing the ends and they weren't really comfortable. So, I returned the size 7 and reordered them in a 7 1/2. They were a little better, but still not really comfortable. I kept them for a few weeks thinking I could "break" them in by wearing them around the house, but they just weren't comfortable. So, I decided to return them.

Very uncomfortable! I bought 5 different pairs of black casual shoes to compare, and these were by far the most uncomfortable. Even though they only have a tiny bit of heel, they wedged my toes against the front of the shoe somehow, and the lack of arch support meant my foot was only supported at two points: on the inner ball and at the heel. Plus the sole, while rubber on the outside, didn't feel padded or squishy at all on the inside. Instead it felt hard. I'll be returning these shoes. Fortunately Zappos makes that a breeze!
