These shoes are great! They are true to size and are quite comfortable. I also want to say that I love Zappos.com. I have been buying shoes from them for 3 years. I have recommended them to 20 or 30 people (at least). Thank you.

	You guys are amazing! I ordered some shoes late Sunday night, and Monday I received an email that you were upgrading my order from standard shipping to special priority processing, at no cost to me. This morning I received an email that the shoes are on their way. Your culture of doing more than the customer expects is what makes shopping at Zappos.com such an enjoyable experience. I am currently redesigning a customer service training program for 200 staff in a department at a large university, and Zappos.com will be one of my models. You do everything right.
