My boots arrived today (11/16 at 4 pm); I'm 58 years old and have never had a more comfortable pair! I have Parkinson's, lymphedema, and spinal stenosis; my husband helped me put them on, because I no longer have the dexterity to do it myself. Usually, size 11 appears to be made for Bigfoot, but this pair is made so that they feel stylish. I've had these boots on for over seven hours and have had no discomfort. None of my other footwear offers as much support and comfort, even with custom arch supports! I went outside (-22F) and my feet were as comfortable outside as they've been around the house. I would have preferred that they'd arrived with loose laces, but it didn't take my husband too long to relace them after they were on. The only way to improve these boots is to add speed-lacers from just above the ankle to the top of the boot. I can hardly wait until my two-year old grandson tries these on (if I ever have them off)!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I used to be comfortable in Famolares (the wave sole), but now that my risk of falling is so severe; I could no longer recommend any footwear other than these Puma Zimnos!

 |  | You guys are the best!!! I'm purchasing these boots for my niece's birthday and bringing them when I visit her at college next week. I could have gotten the boots elsewhere, but I knew positively I was going to get them from Zappos because of the great experiences I've had with you in the past. I knew if the size wasn't just right or she wanted a different color it would be a breeze to make the exchange.
