A very pretty boot, seemed quality, but couldn't judge based on wear since they weren't true to size on the calf size! Shoe part fit, but couldn't get the zipper past my ankle! I even tried holding the zippers together and they didn't even meet. Sizing said that it was 16.5", but my calves are between 16.25" and 16.5" and these weren't even close! Don't be misled, they are sized correctly.

I have large, wide feet and have been looking for a nice boot. The department stores don\'t seem to carry my size. This is a nice boot, it fits well. It is too soon to tell if it will last long.

This boot looks really nice online but I didn\'t like it in person. The buckle looks cheap and plastic and the zipper starts below your ankle near the instep of your foot closer to the sole so if your ankle swells any it is hard to zip up. If you have thick ankles with an extended calf it may be better to order the wide size instead of the standard B or C. Since the leather is fake it really should be priced lower.

This is a stylish and comfortable wide-calf boot. The quality is very good and the buckle adds a nice touch without being gaudy. I've never worn pointy toed shoes and at first I was skeptical. However, turns out that this is very slimming look. This boot has a 16.5 circumference which was perfect for me (I wear a size 14 jeans). I feel this boot would also be perfect for a more slender women who want to tuck their jeans into their boots.I bought this boot in black and plan to order it in brown as well.

This boot looks great, but is not comfortable to walk in. There is no support or padding in the sole of the boot. The quality of the man made material is lacking. After wearing just one time, I saw cracks and discoloration on the toe of the boot. Overall, it looks good at first, but the quality is lacking for the price.

First time ordering Bouquet boots. I have a wide calf and it can be difficult to find boots that fit properly and are stylish. These boots fit like a glove, not too tight and not too loose. The style was perfect. Very happy with the boots. Looking forward to wearing them!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
