I love these boots. I have a wide calf and didn't know that wide width boots were out there, till I came across these boots. I loved the look, measured my calf and at a 16" circumference these boots were perfect. They look great with my skirts, the .5" extra room enables me to wear my pants tucked in and still gives me the comfort I appreciate.

Nice boots but not truly wide calf -
I love these boots! They were exactly what I was looking for in terms of style and comfort. Unfortunately they don't have a lot of stretch so do not fit my calves so I will have to return them. In fact, the boots were so tight that I broke the zipper pull/tab. Fortunately though, Zappos' customer service is excellent and agreed to take them back without a hassle. I asked to be notified when a similar boot became available. The search continues...

I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website. She called to order the pants and when she told you of our situation you sent them immediately on overnight delivery at no charge to us. While that may seem like a small thing to you, it was a HUGE thing to us and we were grateful beyond measure. Thank you for your kindness.
