Love these shoes!!
If your feet get cold these are perfect to keep you warm. These shoes are comfortable and keep my feet warm.

I am mostly wearing my Shindigs at home, pretty much as slippers. I am wishing that I had gotten a half size smaller than I'd usually order, as they are fairly loose and I'm always wearing socks in them... I would wear them outside more if the sole was more malleable, but it is stiff. Well, and if they were more snug on my foot. I really like that the sole is substantial, and I am up off the ground. I like the lift.

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
