The boots were everything they said they would be. They\'re comfy, easy to get on and off and slim-legged jeans tuck easily inside. I love them and everything else I\'ve ever had from Skechers.

I love these boots, they run true to size, are super cute and comfy. I called Zappos to obtain my code for my in-store credit from a previous return and the lady who answered the phone upgraded me to VIP status because of my longtime customer status and I ordered my boots at 8:30 p.m. and they were literally on my doorstep the next day at about 10:30 a.m. I can't say enough about how much I love Zappos and their service! If they had stock I would certainly buy in and wouldn't this be a great place to work?!

Love them. They are warm and comfortable! They are already starting to look a little warn after a month but I bought them for comfort.

I got these boots in grey and love them! They are SOOO much cuter than any of the UGG ones I have tried. Plus, the best part is they fit my large calves. The sole felt clunky at first, but seemed to start to give as I walked around in them. Very good value with high cuteness factor!

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
