Just for fun I decided to look on line for a North Face jacket for this winter skiing. I found this in the black and pink and ordered it. It was comfortable and fit true to size. I wasn\'t exactly crazy about the color so I decided to send it back and exchange for the brown. I received my brown jacket the very next day and returning the pink was so easy and painless. I love my jacket and love Zappos!
