The New Balance sneakers I ordered fit perfect. I ordered at 9:00 at night and they were at my doorstep the next day. Zappos is lightning fast.

I purchased these for my son who needed all white wide sneakers for school. They are great and so is Zappos. I always shop with them.

But your company is the exception. With the economy, you just expect to pay more and get less. This motto is definitely not how your company operates.
