I just finally got my boots today, after waiting for a week. I went to try them on, the fit was the standard superb Timberland fit, until I tried to lace them up. One of the bizarre stamped metal straps that the laces thread through snapped, and on closer inspection all of them were cracked. Very disappointed as I now have to wait again, and hope that the replacement pair does not have this problem.

Excellent boots - very comfortable. I was very impressed with how fast they were delivered to me (next day). My old work boots had a hole in the bottom and ready to be thrown away when I got my new boots. Thank you Zappos for excellent service!

Sexy yet comfortable enough to wear the whole night. I am going to wear it tonight. You know what? You guys rock! I feel very satisfied about my shopping experience with you.
