These run really small. I ordered these in a 9.5 and a 10, because I usually wear a 9.5, but sometimes wear a 10 for things that run small. But I could barely even fit into the 10! If I had to reorder again, I think I might have fit into a 10.5 or 11, which is an entire size/size and a half bigger than I usually wear. So buy these bigger than you think. Also, they are a sort of awkward height. They don't quite make it up to the knees, but aren't quite ankle boots. I'm really tall, so that looked sort of silly on me, but maybe that would suit other body types. While I did not wear them outside or anything, they did seem like they would have pretty good traction.

A little small on the calf -
I typically have trouble finding boots that fit my calves, so I ordered these in a size larger than I normally wear, but I was still unable to zip them up all the way.

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
