Incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I love the styling, it's different for sure, but a good casual look. Also they're no joke performance wise. Very warm and very waterproof. The day they came I immediately laced them up and took them to an outdoor festival, that happened to be featuring a torrential rainstorm. I spent 2 hours in it and no wet socks; they also handled the copious amounts of mud, too. A quick splash through a puddle upon exit cleaned them off, and I still had dry feet. An evening by the fireplace returned them to new. Great boots.

Not only did my purchases arrive within a day, when I thought it would take four to five, the ease with which returns are possible (the larger tote made me look like an elf so I downsized) guarantee I will be shopping with you again! As I said in my original e-mail, I have only worn the boots several times, but I have had countless people ask where I got them and have directed them your way. Yesterday the lady that checked me out at a store could not stop talking about my bag and when I told her where and how I got it she asked for the website and I promptly wrote it down for her.
