I own several pairs of Dr Martens boots. I could not wait to get these! They are super cool and the glow so bright! But every time I have worn these boots for any time more than an hour, I get huge blisters on my heels. I would not plan on wearing these any more than an hour and not walking in them much for more than 1/2 hour! They are very cool, though, and I get a lot of compliments on them!

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
