Shoe Size: Felt true to size

Shoe Arch: No arch support
I like the shoes. They take a while to break in. They make me a little taller with the raised heel, which is nice, but that also puts extra pressure on the ball of my foot, and there doesn't seem to be much arch support. The first day I wore them I played racquetball and basketball in them, and the ball of my left foot hurt so bad I didn't play anything for over a week; they also cut into the backside of my ankle. I subsequently wore 2 socks per foot which help with both, but the ball of my foot will still get sore if I play a lot.

 |  | Wow. Now THAT'S service. My husband has used your shoes for the past few years, since he found this particular Nike brand that worked well. He's retiring on the 30th after 32 years with UPS (never took a sick day, never missed work, and never had an accident or injury. He was last year's Utah Driver of the Year) and I told him he just HAD to get some new shoes for the occasion. They'll honor him for a few minutes before everyone takes off for the work day, so we were worried if they'd get here in time. He's told lots of UPS'ers about his shoes, and your site.
