I don\'t shop often, but when I do the majority is done on the Net. Zappos is by far the easiest company to do business with I have ever experienced. Their web site is easy to use and their sales reps are helpful, efficient and thorough.

	I ordered these shoes on the 23rd, and here they were on our doorstep by Mon. the 26th! I love the shoes, and ZAPPOS IS INCREDIBLE. I really appreciate dealing with you guys – you are the best. I am 78 and do not particularly like to go to the Mall – but I can go to Zappos Mall and I like it there. Thanks again.
