I just got these shoes. They are a definite keeper! They are cute, I like the smooth black leather and Mary Janes make it easy to keep on the foot. They are very roomy; I bought my normal size and my feet are happy in them! I will buy more Keens in the future and Zappos gets them to me in lightning speed!

Shoes are comfortable from the first time you wear them. This my second pair of this style and love them. I would order 1/2 size larger than normal size.

Nice shoe. I got these to replace my old Keen Calistogas. These shoes are made of a material that hopefully won\'t look faded after a few months of wear like my Calistogas did (I\'ve had the Verona\'s for about 2 months and so far so good). They are a bit less comfortable than the Calistogas because there is a bit less arch support. But overall still more comfortable than my sneakers!

These shoes are great! I love the color (cigar) and the fit is perfect for Fall/Winter. I am able to wear a nice pair of comfy, warm socks with them. They go with a few different pairs of my jeans and I wear them basically every day.

Zappos customer service is the best! My shoes arrived in two days, no extra charge. The Keen Verona MJs have an excellent arch support, they are comfortable, and presentable for work. What more can you ask?

I love these shoes, comfortable and cute. I have a large foot size 11 and these fit well. Some of the other Keens were too small. I also need a shoe that has good cushion and arch support and these do. I was able to wear these without any break in period.

This is my third pair of Veronas (actually had the nubuck variety before) and I'm glad Keen has produced them in smooth leather. I have very wide feet and must wear an orthotic in one shoe, so need lots of room. These shoes are so comfortable; possibly the first time in my life I have shoes that are wide enough! Hope Keen will develop more styles that are more and more dressy, since I also can't wear heels. These shoes wear so well, I still can wear the first pair I bought four years ago.

First of all, Zappos not only has the best service but with all the brands and choices it offers, it's a great place to get your shoes. The Keen Verona MJ is a great shoe: easy to slip on even with the strap in place, lots of toe room, good traction and comfortable with or without socks.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
