Read the reviews! I have two other pairs of Keens in a size 8, but I didn't heed the warning of the other reviews that these shoes are 1/2 size too small. Wish I would have listened, but with Zappos great shipping and returns, I got the next size up the next day. They fit perfectly! I'm flat-footed and I have a very difficult time finding shoes that adequately support my feet especially with long hours on my feet. Keen is the best shoe that I have found so far that gives my feet the support that they need. A great investment in your feet.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
