I really liked this shoe except for one thing. The tongue of the shoe where the laces cinch up is too short. The laces would not stay put on the shoe and wound up on the top of my foot. I sent them back because of it. I have other Keen shoes that I also like.

Feels awesome! I just received this shoe and love it! I haven't put it to the test yet, but it really hugs my feet in all the right places and lots of room in the toe area. Like all Keen shoes, the support feels great. Very comfortable. I'm sure I'll wear these every day and am considering getting the other color combo, too.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
