I love these shoes. I ordered the wide width and the fit is perfect. Plenty of toe room and the arch is in exactly the right place. Classy look and as comfortable to walk in as gym shoes. The shoe runs true to size.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: All Clark styles seem to run true to size in wide widths. I have many different styles

This is a great shoe. Comfortable and not so farty. I can walk all day in it! Fits true to size and has great arch support! Love it.

Love my Clarks/Beals -
I have serious problems with my feet. Clarks are one of shoes that I own a lot of. I have not been able to wear a lace up shoe for over 10 years. I have bought some very expensive brands of tennis shoe but could not wear them because my feet get numb and hurt terribly if I wear a lace up shoe. I tried the Beal and to my amazement I could wear them. I was so thrilled. I plan to buy another pair in the black and get the brown. I sincerely wish Clarks would come out with this exact shoe in white for the summer since I cannot wear tennis shoes but can wear the Beal.

I purchased a pair of Clarks Beals in a local department store and loved them. Then I found them in a different color at Zappos, and bought those, too. When I teach quilting classes, I'm on my feet all day. These are wonderful, even though I can't fit my orthotics into them. They have enough toe room to be very comfortable, too, and I can wear my winter wool socks with no problem. I bought a half size larger than what I normally wear. They did show signs of wear on the soles after wearing them around the house for about a half hour.

Not my first pair of Clarks but each new pair seems to get better and better. These are perfect: no break-in needed, fit correct for size, removeable in-sole accommodates my orthotics. Can\'t wait for my next new pair of Clarks!

First time Zappos and Clark shoes customer -- but NOT last. Very impressed and appreciative of the easy-to-use website,the competent and pleasant customer phone service, and the speedy delivery and return policy. How many on-line stores pay postage both ways?\r\nMy new Clark shoes are great and I will order from Zappos again.

A great shoe! I found these last weekend and it is a very comfortable shoe. I can't wear tennis shoes at work, but the Beals are great. They don't look bad with a sporty skirt.
