Warm, comfortable and water resistant. Just what I needed for the rainy NW. Have been looking for a replacement for Merrell\'s fleece-lined shoes, which are no longer made/made as well. These are great so far. A bit snug at first, but they relax out a bit and have good traction and warmth.

Wonderful warm shoe with good insoles that offer lots of support. Size runs medium since my little toe felt a little sore after walking around for a few hours, but everything else was comfortable straight out of the box. Not as well ventilated as a Gore-Tex boot, but since the shoe is lined with Primaloft and is made of suede and nubuck, I would wear a light moisture wicking sock with it. Keeps my feet warm and toasty. Design is a little clunky, but goes well with bootcut jeans. I usually wear 5.5 or 6 and went with a 5.5 on this and the heel still flops around a little. I would say the shoe runs true to size though.
