This is a great shoe for my narrow heel. I wore a former version for many years and was glad to find the slightly updated style. This shoe has the same comfortable fit from the first wearing due to the stretch fabric.

Excellent purchase. The Munro brand shoes are extremely comfortable.The insoles lift out and my orthotics can be inserted. I have a hard time finding shoes for my feet. Zappos service was quick with free shipping.....Wow! What a deal.

These shoes fit right out of the box! I usually have a hard time finding shoes for my sometimes challenging to fit 9.5 AA feet.They are comfortable and easy to wear all day long. They look good with slacks. I highly recommend them!

These shoes are both stylish and comfortable. I especially like the insole, which is soft and conforms to the shape of my foot. There is a good arch support as well. I’ve worn these shoes with jeans, a pantsuit, and casual black knit pants. They’re very versatile.

My Munro shoes arrived promptly, and they were exactly what I wanted. I was pleased to find them at Zappos, since I couldn't find them in the local stores. And, may I say, these are terrific shoes. I had a pair in black before, and now I have the brown ones. They are super-comfortable, and they wear very well. I recommend Munro and Zappos, a great combination.

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
