I was looking for some black Vans and was unable to locate them. I then got on Zappos web site and there they were! My size and the color I wanted. Their site was very easy to use and I received my shoes very quickly. I was very pleased with the product and with the follow up instructions if I needed to return them. Thank you, Zappos!

Nans are almost the only Clarks shoes which I've been able to wear. I wear a large size (11) and sometimes even 11s in Clarks are too small. These are perfect, lots of toe room without being too large. I've had a lot of foot problems including a spot near the arch which has been sore for months. The Clarks offer the perfect relief for that, as well as looking nice. I am noticing the wear on the insole, though, as others have mentioned. This is only after about a month of wear. I plan to glue the insole where it is frayed. That aside, I ordered another pair, since they fit me so well. I do like the tumbled leather better than the regular leather though, as the tumbled is softer and more flexible. For a Mary Jane look with some support and comfort, the Mandymay by Clarks also fits well. Zappos is the best! Thanks, Zappos.

Ordered a pair in navy the other day and was so pleased that I've ordered another pair in brown. As others have noted, comfortable right out of the box, good for casual or moderately dressy occasions. I also like it that the instep is not incredibly high, which seems to be a problem (at least for me) for some of the other Clarks styles I'd tried recently.

Extremely comfortable and well made. The toe area is slightly square, so necessary for those of us with longer second and/or third toes, or longer than the average.

I have this shoe in both black and brown leather and love them. They fit extremely well; I feel I can walk confidently without worrying about my shoe falling off! Plus the padded footbed helps keep my feet comfortable all day long. \r\n\r\nThe Nan shoe is a nice looking shoe that I can wear with dress pants or jeans equally.

I really like my shoes. They aren't the prettiest shoes, but they are very comfortable. Comfort matters to me most. I don't mind slipping them on and going on with my day.

Love, Love, Love these shoes. No break in at all. Took them out of the box and wore them for seven hours. They appear to be made well and look nice with anything you wear.

I was introduced to Clarks a few years ago when I broke my big toe. Clarks were the only shoes I could wear that didn't hurt. Since then they are basically all I wear. They are so comfortable that I usually wear my shoes until not even polish can help them look decent. It wasn't until a few weeks ago that I truly learned that the shoes were not the only thing great, now I know how great the company is. I have had three pair (two exactly alike) come apart at the stitching to the sole. I called Zappos and to my great surprise they replaced two pair. I had thrown one pair away and didn't have the info on it. What a great company and product, thank you.

Clark\'s are one of the few shoes that fit and are comfortable for my narrow and troubled feet. These were terrific right out of the box.

This shoe is beyond comfortable. I only wear Clarks because I have had severe Plantar Fasciitis for almost 3 years. The shoe that helps me most is Clarks, especially the ones with this kind of footbed. It has a slight arch support and also lets your heel sit in a heel cup. These are the most comfortable style to date, but I do have many comfortable styles. Strangely though some Clarks are extremely uncomfortable to me; I only like this type of foot bed. I got Black and am able to dress in a nice pantsuit and these look nice enough considering what choices I have. It seems like anyone would love this shoe.

Am a long-time fan of Clarks shoes, and these meet the high standard Clarks has set: out-of-the-box comfort, style, versatility. I can wear them all day at work and, later, out for dinner/movie. Typical Clarks.

Love the shoes. Extremely comfortable to walk in. Recently broke my ankle and am now able to wear shoes again. The footbed in this shoe is very stable. Service with Zappos was excellent.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
