These are wonderful boots, very soft and cuddly inside and I love the style. I get all kinds of compliments whenever I wear them. I don't own that many pairs of shoes, as I am hard to please, shoes pretty much have to feel like bedroom slippers for me to be happy, so these rate very highly. I did buy the fur insoles, as they don't come with this, and just put them on top of what's already in the footbed, because I like it very cushy. I live where it gets very snowy and in the spring, very slushy, and I will avoid wearing these in very wet situations, so they will last a long time. People here often wear outdoor boots into work, and then change shoes once inside. Good arch support and fit around my slightly wide feet, not too tight or too loose. I am a size 8.5 and I ordered the 9; it's a perfect fit. They fit my calves comfortably, but not too snugly or loosely. The price: pretty high, but I'm going to make them last a long time, so it's worth it.

These are very cute boots, a nice alternative to the classic Uggs. The cement brown color looks grayish and is a nice neutral that looks great with most everything. They have laces on the side, but actually zip up. The shaft of the boots are a great width for larger calves (I usually buy boots with wideshafts/extended calves). Unfortunately, I got blisters the first time I wearing them, but hopefully they just need to be worn in.

 |  | Thank you very much... I just went to the door and there were my beautiful new blue slides. I can't believe I received them less than 24 hours after I ordered them. Service, service, service. Your people know what is the most important thing to do to bring customers back time after time after time. You can have an excellent product, but if the customer doesn't feel important, it makes no difference what one is selling. Too bad more people in the business world don't apply
