As usual Zappos was quick shipping. Saw them in a store on Thursday, but not my size. Came home and ordered the red ones. Received them on Friday. Love this boot. Size, comfort, everything about them I love. Want to wear them every day! If I could afford, I would buy them in all colors.

Really cute, true to size both length and width. No problem with the pointy toe - it\'s not as severe as a true western boot. They are comfortable, but thin on the bottom. Not useful as a cold weather boot, but strictly fashion. Virtually no break-in. If you don\'t have skinny legs they will fit fine - plenty of room. The red is ruby-red, not a true red. I love them and would buy them again.

Very cute...exactly what I was looking for but not as comfortable as my Nine West boot that looks almost the same. Still I wanted a similar boot in brown and the Nine West only comes in black. I ordered an 8 and they are a little big but a probably couldn\\\'t go down to a 7.5 because of the pointed toe. I can feel a little rubbing where the toe starts to narrow. They look great with jeans but not as hot or as uncomfortable as taller boots.

These boots are really cute. I've been looking for a pair of black cowboy boots and when I saw these I thought I'd give them a try. When I first got them I have to say they were stiffer than I would have liked. I contemplated returning them, but in the end decided to keep them. I am hoping the leather will loosen up with wear. I do have to wear them with thicker socks to keep them from rubbing against my toes and I will not wear them if I know I'm going to be walking and/or standing a lot.

Yes, my boots arrived and I love them. It took me a little while to break them out and wear them, but I finally did. At first I didn't think I would like the zipper on them (inside), but now I'm glad it's there; helps to pull them on. They fit fine, true to size for me. Everyone at work (almost everyone) loves the look of them, me too! Buy them and enjoy, I am. I'll be glad when they are all worn in, think I'm going to love them even more then.

I love these boots. They are true to size and quite comfortable. During the first 2-3 days the right one was a little stiff, but it softened out and now they are very comfortable.

Just received these boots and I love them! Thanks for the fast shipping Zappos! Some websites show they have a rubber sole, but they don't. It's leather as shown on Zappos. I ordered a 5 1/2 and they fit true to size.

Love these boots! Of course with Zappos amazingly fast shipping speed, I ordered these one night, and had them on my doorstep the very next day. The Lucky Brand Chantel boots are everything I hoped they would be. The leather is gorgeous and smells delicious, the comfort is superb. I normally wear an 8.5 wide, but these boots were not available in wide widths. No matter, they still feel great on my feet. I also need to add that Lucky Brand packaged these boots in such a lovely box, it was like opening a present. Thank you Lucky Brand and Zappos, keep on rockin'!

You can never have enough green shoes!
I was a little concerned about the pointy toe but I didn't have to be. The leather is very soft and the color gorgeous. I wear a 6 and these were right on.

I just ordered these boots yesterday and they were on my doorstop when I arrived home from work today. I fell in love with them at the mall and they did not have my size, so I raced back home and checked for them on Zappos! I absolutely love them as they are adorable with jeans and are so comfortable too. The leather is soft and supple and the bootie is really stylish. Thanks for your great service Zappos!

I want to thank you for the great service and selection I receive from Zappos. It was very hard to shop for my brother-in-law because, his feet swell very badly. He wears 12 1/2 6E. With you it was no problem. The quality of the brands you have are simply wonderful. I just had to share this. In this day and time it is very hard to find great customer service.
