Very impressed, from the pickiest shopper. I usually spend not hours, but weeks shopping for a product and I'm probably one of the pickiest people out there. This Ugg Undergrad is simply outstanding. The fit is incredible, the foot support and comfort are unmatched. I returned another similarly priced brand after I tried these on. This product looks as good in person as on the website and doesn't have the bulky look that others in this category have. I think I'm going to live in these.

These slippers fit my husband snugly at first, but after a few wearings, they now fit perfectly. If anything, he would've sized up one size so as not to go through the break-in period. Otherwise, they are comfortable and warm.

I know the price is step for slippers, but bar none, these are the best slippers I have ever owned. The are comfortable, durable and warm.

I never write reviews, but I love Zappos so much I can't resist. These Uggs are great. They are so fluffy and well made. I will probably order more for gifts. I buy all my shoes from Zappos now and for the entire family. I have never had a problem and customer service is second to none. I had these shoes within 24 hours and free shipping!

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
