It is very difficult to find comfortable narrow width shoes. This brand, 5th Avenue, is terrific. Since trying my first pair from Zappos I've purchased 3 additional pairs made by this brand and changed my daily shoe wardrobe. They are the most comfortable shoes I've owned in a long time. Only caveat, purchase them 1/2 size smaller than your usual size.

I ordered the 7 wide (D). The heel is wide, but the front of the shoe does not fit like a wide shoe. Since I need more width in front, I got an uncomfortable shoe that didn't stay on. Otherwise a cute shoe; everyone in the office liked it.

This is a nice shoe and fits pretty true to size, although after wearing them a few times they are starting to slide. They are very plush inside and feel very comfortable when you put them on, although they are so plush inside that I find myself taking them off at my desk now and then because they get warm. Overall a nice, comfortable shoe.

Great casual shoe, runs 1/2 size large. So cute with jeans, great colors. I bought two pairs (gray and red) and to my shock they were huge. I always wear 7W and while they were perfect width, they slid off my foot at the heel. Adding heel slips did nothing and I could only keep it on my foot by stuffing the toe with 15 cotton balls. I will be sending it back and get the size 6-1/2.

Simply wonderful, great colors. I have wide feet and these fit great; I ordered the soft gray suede and it goes with everything. I'm ordering another color. I have high arches so the support could be better, but that's a problem with every shoe.

Comfort and good looks. Wow, I am a convert. This is more than I ever spend on shoes, and it was money well spent. My feet usually are throbbing at the end of the day. I'm an office worker, but I put a lot of miles on my feet. After an extremely active day, my feet are barely tired, and I felt well dressed for corporate casual environment. Highly recommend!

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
