I have been running with the Mizuno Wave Alchemy for several years after realizing that New Balance just did not give me the right fit. I am a pronator who runs 12 - 20 miles a week. These shoes have given me the right balance of support and comfort. They last a good 6 months. I find I have to size up a full size for the right fit.

These are the most comfortable sneakers ever. I have a difficult to fit foot: narrow, and flat and I use a custom orthotic. Yet, these new kicks are light, supportive and comfortable. Using them for walking all over the city. I highly recommend!

I love the Mizuno Alchemy. I am a petite, flat-footed runner. I run about 40 miles a week, but I wouldn't be able to without my Mizunos. The Alchemy fits so well, it's as if it conforms to my feet like memory foam. The base has great cushioning and the overall structure is very supportive. I'm on my 4th pair! Love colors of the Alchemy 9, too.

I am flat footed and have been running since January. I suddenly developed shin splints on my left leg especially and pulled a ligament on my right leg by my knee. It was hard for me to run even walk because of the pain. I was recommended these shoes from a local shoe store and they are wonderful. I am able to run and walk free of pain. The sole is amazing and you feel the difference once you put them on.
